*We do everything in our power to protect your cookies. All of our cookies are beautifully individually wrapped in clear bags adorned with a tied ribbon and boxed. Then we wrap and box our cookies again. Unfortunately, once our cookies leave our hands, they are in the control of the USPS - and how they handle them is out of our hands. Please keep in mind that temperature and humidity may play a role in your shipped cookies condition as well.
What's the best thing about our shipping? It's FREE! Yes, that's right, Free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (this promotion applies to orders that are not Rush Orders or orders out of the U.S. For these options, please contact us for a shipping estimate.
*We ship by U.S.P.S Priority Mail – if outside the U.S., please contact us as pricing will vary
- Please keep in mind that we cannot be responsible for packages left in doorways, pick-up notices left when no one is home, or for slow mail delivery systems on campuses and businesses. But we do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible!
*On occasion, we do have packages returned to us for any number of reasons. Most often, the address provided by the customer was insufficient or incorrect (lacking an apartment number or suite number, no such street or no such person at address) Another common reason is that a pick-up notice was left for the recipient, but no one arranged delivery.
Should your order be returned to The Cookie Mama, we will notify you immediately. As soon as we have a corrected address, we will be happy to send a new package of cookies for a charge of $20.00 for the second delivery.
*Once your payment and photo are received, we will ship your order one week prior to your “Request Day” to ensure your cookies are there when you need them. All orders over 12 dozen will take more time. Shipping dates will be arranged as necessary for Bulk orders.
-Our cookies have a life of almost 3 weeks if kept in a cool environment out of sunlight.
****All Rush Orders of 7 days or less must be phoned in!****
There will be an additional $25.00 fee for your order as well as Express
Overnight Shipping charge added to your final bill.
